We are seeking an Automated Dispensing Team Leader to join our Dispensing Team at HealthNet.

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operation of the automated dispensing robot to meet service level targets. Lead, motivate, and coach team members to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
* Process and dispense prescriptions according to SOPs for dispensing and automated dispensing.
* Use operational software and equipment properly, including registration, stock selection, loading, sortation, quality control, quarantine, dispatch, and supervision of dispensing activities.
* Maintain automated dispensing equipment as per manufacturer guidelines to ensure continuous operation.
* Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on the automated dispenser's performance to improve efficiency and resolve issues.
* Report IT issues with the automated dispenser via the web-based system.
* Escalate significant 'down time' issues to Centred Solutions.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks and record them.
* Keep the automated dispenser and surrounding area clean and tidy.
* Manage supplies and consumables stock levels.
* Identify training needs and support colleagues' development as part of succession planning.
* Assist in managing daily workload, ensuring team performance, and maintaining training standards.
* Meet KPI targets for the department.
* Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders, investigate issues, and monitor workflows to maintain service levels.
* Use NAV system to prepare orders and report back on job queues.
* Adhere to HR, security, and statutory regulations.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and seek process improvements.
* Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance service offerings.
Desired Experience and Skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* At least 12 months supervisory experience preferred, ideally in a pharmacy environment.
* Proven ability to achieve activity targets.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 Dispenser Qualification or equivalent preferred.
* Skills in planning, organizing, teamwork, leadership, motivation, decision-making, results delivery, communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
