Do you have experience of supporting a sales team with administration?
Our superb client, based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
As Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:-
1. Checking of customer applications, ensuring all relevant information is provided and complete.
2. Production of documentation including quotes, renewals paperwork, generating reports and data for the management team.
3. Dealing with electronic filing of documents
4. Researching competitor pricing, analysing and providing feedback to senior management
5. Processing of data onto company inhouse systems
6. Dealing with telephone based and email customer queries
7. Other ad hoc supporting administration for the team.
To be considered for the role of Sales Support Administrator, you will have experience in:-
8. Sales administration
9. Will be highly organised and accurate with strong attention to detail
10. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. A willingness to learn some new skills and a confident, outgoing nature.
In return for the role of Sale Support Administrator, our client is offering a starting salary of £24,000, 21 days annual leave rising annually by 1 day up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays, family days a 1.5, birthday day off following completion of probationary period, attendance bonus, company pension, healthcare plan, free onsite parking, training & career progression and much, much more.
