Our team is driven, ambitious, and lean – and we're looking for a Mid to Senior Web Designer to help deliver a first-class service to our clients.
Role Description
We're looking for a highly creative and detail driven Mid to Senior Web Designer to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual sensibility who can confidently translate ideas into beautifully crafted, user-friendly digital experiences. You'll blend imaginative design thinking with hands-on technical skills, designing and building brochure-style websites using our in-house CMS.
From concept to execution, you'll play a key role in shaping how our clients are represented online. An exceptional eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy is essential. You'll work directly with clients to bring their vision to life, meaning strong communication skills are just as important as your design and front-end know-how.
A solid understanding of HTML and CSS is required, ensuring your designs are not only visually impressive but also feasible and cleanly implemented in the browser.

* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
* A passion to stay up to date with design trends, UX best practices, and front-end coding standards.
Benefits

* A pension contribution and performance bonus.
* Varied projects and the opportunity to add your ideas into a dynamic forward-thinking company
* Flexible working environment – mostly WFH but some in person responsibilities.
