Responsibilities - Head of Sales
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the UK plastics sector.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, sourcing, and engaging new clients from scratch.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
* Build and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the plastic extrusion sector.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
* Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
