About the Role As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of care professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting the dignity and independence of our service users. Two years previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care to include 6 months of working with behaviours which challenge.
