Key benefits:
Starting salary of up to £33,575 per annum, negotiable based on experience
Quarterly bonus scheme resulting in approximately £1,200 per annum, plus a £600 commitment bonus annually

Accurately receive and process all parts orders, ensuring prompt picking and dispatch
Identify customer requirements efficiently and provide professional, courteous service within a busy trade parts environment
Develop sales and contribute to business growth through proactive customer engagement
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures at all times as a Parts Advisor
Maintain precise records of parts stock and transactions using dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK)
Support the Parts Manager with stock control, merchandising, and general department duties
Work within a target-driven environment, consistently delivering excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Recent or ongoing experience within an automotive parts role, ideally from a dealership or motor factor background
Familiarity with dealer management systems such as Kerridge or CDK
Strong IT literacy to manage electronic parts catalogues and stock control systems
UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent customer service and sales skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
