The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and drivenSenior Recruitment Consultant to manage and expand our permanent recruitment desk within the healthcare industry at our Lurgan office. This is a pivotal role that offers the chance to make a significant impact by connecting skilled professionals with organisations that are making a difference in peoples lives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a permanent recruitment desk specialising in healthcare roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality match between clients and candidates. Achieve and exceed individual billing targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a strong network within the healthcare sector. What Were Looking For A minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of billing success. Strong knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market, particularly within Northern Ireland, would be a distinct advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and a genuine passion for the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with a wide variety of clients. A confident and articulate communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
