What You'll Do:
As a Finance Assistant you'll be responsible for managing credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Monitoring customer accounts and payment schedules 📅
Communicating confidently with clients over the phone 📞
Utilising Sage 200 and Excel to track and manage accounts
Collaborating with our finance team to resolve any discrepancies
Preparing reports on account status and collectionsWhat We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Finance Assistant/Credit Controller or in a similar role
Proficiency in Sage 200 and Excel 🖥️
Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone
A proactive and problem-solving attitude
