An exclusive opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded international investment business based in London and Paris. Specialising in long-term investments across telecoms, technology, healthcare, and energy, this organisation is known for its exceptional talent and forward-thinking environment.
This is a temporary position with an ASAP start.
Key Details:
Location: Mayfair
Hours: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday
WFH: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 4 days in the office
Candidate Profile:
Strong EA experience in financial or legal services
Highly discreet, polished, and professional
Reliable, humble, and a genuine team player
Confident with complex diary management and travel booking
Calm under pressure - able to “just crack on”
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
HR experience a bonus but not essential
Role Overview:
Support to the Chief of People with full EA duties
Heavy diary and travel coordination
Light HR admin if capacity allows
Ad hoc support including basic errands and lunch coordination - no task too big or too small
This role suits a mature, steady, methodical EA who takes pride in being a safe pair of hands. Immediate availability and discretion are essential.
