Fundraising Admin Assistant

Scotland: (Stirling/ Glasgow)
£13.33 - £14.35 per hour, plus holiday pay per hour
Hours: 3 days per week initially, ideally up to 5 days by November
Start: Mid-September

Charity People are recruiting for a children's charity to find them a detail focused and motivated Fundraising Admin Assistant to support the fundraising team during a busy period. There is flexibility with this role, ideally the successful candidate will be able to access Stirling or Glasgow to visit the office once or twice a week to help with the wider tasks, with the rest of the time being spent on pure donations processing/ data entry tasks. There is flexibility within this role in terms of hours worked and location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Donations processing using Raiser's Edge (RE)
* Supporter stewardship
* General fundraising admin tasks, including merchandise handling, opening post and cheques etc
You will bring:
* Proven experience with Raiser's Edge (Essential)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written communication skills
* Adaptability with changing tasks and repetitive tasks
