Sofology is way more than just a sofa. The sofa sits at the heart of the home, and we know how much that means to our customers. As a Sofologist in store you will partner with our customers to help them find their dream sofa, guiding them on style, comfort and everything in between.
Responsibilities
* Partner with our customers to help them find their dream sofa
* Showcase our products in Sofology style
* Provide a Very Important Customer experience – no ifs, no buts
* Understand design and style to help customers make the right sofa choice
* Complete finance applications to ensure the correct payment products are offered
* Maintain store standards and use your passion for interior design to influence guests
* Share product knowledge to support team members and promote best practice
* Develop listening skills to have relevant conversations with customers
* Help customers visualise their new sofa in their home through creative interactions
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate additional products
* Offer detailed after-care advice to help customers love their sofa longer
