The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Languages : good command of English (essential) and (desirable) Italian or French No experience necessary training will be provided Aptitude for process-driven tasks and regulated environment Accuracy and attention to detail Strong MS Office skills Ability to learn quickly Efficient prioritising and organising skills Very good communication skills (both verbal and written) Resilience to be able to deal with changes and challenging customers Team player THE ROLE: The role purpose is the administrative support for the Compliance Manager. KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: assisting with the following tasks as and when required and to the level as seen fit: acting as the compliance contact, coordinating complaints and monitoring the compliance plan, updating the conflicts register, handling TOBA issues, maintaining the risk register and Gift & Hospitality registers, attending training, conducting due diligence on brokers, ensuring the Compliance Manual is up-to-date, submitting FCA returns, monitoring product oversight and insurer ratings, performing audits, conducting risk assessments, training staff on compliance, and any other compliance tasks as assigned. Also, the role may involve liaison and cooperation with our teams in Italy and Belgium.
