This position offers the opportunity to support our executive leadership while using innovative AI tools to streamline nonprofit operations and communication.Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to the Executive Leadership Team, including managing schedules, communications, and materials.- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to draft documents, summarize reports, and support team productivity.- Help design and maintain digital workflows that increase efficiency and support strategic goals.What We’re Looking For- Experience in executive support or nonprofit administration.- Comfortable using AI tools and interested in experimenting with new platforms.- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant – AI-Enabled Productivity provides direct administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director and leadership team. This role includes the creative and effective use of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Workspace tools) to enhance scheduling, communication, research, and content development.
