Trainee Teacher
Prospero Teaching is looking for a Trainee Teacher to work for a primary school in Congleton, starting immediately. You will need to complete a teaching placement in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Excellent understanding of assessment and differentiation is essential order to enable the children to make progress at the best possible rate.
You will need to have a strong understanding of the curriculum for this age group, and be an engaging teacher who can enthuse and motivate the children with their learning. A creative approach to teaching, and the ability to make innovative links between subjects, is required.

Contract/Position Details:
1. Location – Congleton
2. Position – Trainee Teacher
3. Type of work – Class teaching, planning, assessment, preparation and administration of SATs assessments
4. Start date – Immediately
5. Likely Duration – July 2024
6. Contract type – Supply position with the potential of permanent contract
7. Rate of pay – £110 – £120
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
It is essential that you have QTS and experience working in a UK primary school. You will need to have taught in KS1/KS2 and have knowledge of KS1/KS2 statutory assessment. You will also need to have up to date Safeguarding training. You can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
