Essential criteria
1. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years in Menopause and Gynaecology
2. Honours degree in Nursing, research or ethics (2)
Desirable criteria
3. 2 years relevant post reg in menopause service/gynaecology (2)
4. BMS/FSRH advanced menopause certificate (2)
Skills
Essential criteria
5. Working with MDT
6. Able to initiate, sustain and evaluate change.

7. Nurse prescriber (2)
8. Member of BMS and expertise in menopause service (2)
Knowledge

9. Involved in Research and audits
