The Opportunity
The EMEA Amazon Account Manager will support and execute the defined Amazon strategy across Europe, while playing a critical role in strengthening and expanding the UK marketplace.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on Amazon Vendor Central role requiring marketplace expansion experience, strong analytical capability, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for managing performance, optimising listings, and driving growth across multiple EMEA territories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead European marketplace expansion including setup, launch and scaling of new Amazon territories
* Optimise product listings across existing catalogue and NPD, including localisation for regional markets
* Monitor and influence commercial performance by identifying key growth drivers
* Set, track and report against clear KPIs across markets
* Manage and optimise Amazon Vendor Central accounts across multiple EMEA marketplaces
* Handle compliance, case management and operational troubleshooting
* Execute and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns with clear performance accountability
* Support the ongoing development and growth of the UK Amazon marketplace
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Gear experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts
* Experience operating across multiple European Amazon marketplaces
* Strong background in listing optimisation, localisation and content management
* Experience handling compliance issues and Amazon case resolution
* Hands-on Amazon Ads experience with measurable performance outcomes
* Commercially aware with strong analytical and reporting capability
* Comfortable working cross-functionally within an international team
