Overview
Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join the team at our growing site in Fareham. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing person to join our team. In this role, you will support in engaging and helping our clients leverage our solutions for success in their ecommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Run assigned client meetings, setting agendas, leading on presentations
* Ensure work is delivered within established timeframes and up to the company\'s high standards
* Responsible for keeping client satisfaction with company\'s services and tracking service metrics
* Assist with financial modelling, budgets and forecasts
Qualifications
* Have demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-moving logistics operation
* Client Service delivery or account management experience
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced excel & data reporting experience

This is a permanent, full-time role where you\'ll be predominately working Monday - Friday; however some flexibility would be great.
