About the role
A specialist secondary school based in Preston require a Science Teacher to work with students studying in KS3 and for GCSE level qualifications in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The role will be full-time from April 2024 on an ongoing, long-term basis.
The successful Science teacher will be comfortable in teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level to students with a range of SEND learning needs including Autism and ADHD.
This role would be suitable for both ECTs and experienced Science teachers looking for a consistent full-time, long-term role.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Teacher (SEN) you will:
1. Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. A passion for teaching all 3 aspects of Science.
3. A desire to see pupils progress.
4. Strong behaviour management techniques.
5. Experience of working in a Secondary School environment.

Salary
£130 to £200 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
