Our Test Architects collaborate with a wide range of technical functions to provide direct input towards project delivery across the business. Drawing on a wealth of internal knowledge, they drive a coherent top-level design of our systems bringing together insights from across the company.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the production testing of missiles, specifying the testing, and managing test coverage vs cost trade-offs and working with the manufacturing team to implement a safe and effective test routine
* Influencing missile built‑in‑test (BIT) requirements and conducting test coverage analysis, ensuring the missile is able to test itself effectively for faults throughout its lifecycle
* Helping develop Missile Test Equipment solutions from initial specification through to system design and delivery

Working towards a degree in an Electrical/Electronic or Systems Engineering discipline (or similar)

Salary: £23,495 Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
