Offer description

Taking sales and customer service phone calls

Inputting customer orders onto the accounts system

Updating and verifying customer account details

Updating order and payment status on our website

Passing orders to the warehouse for picking

Contacting customers / suppliers about orders

Booking in deliveries onto the system

Ordering stock through supplier ordering systems

Other general admin tasks

We are looking for someone with:

Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office programs

Must be able to type

Communicate effectively over the phone

Able to manage various tasks

Role is full time office based working within a small but very friendly team
