About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and highly organised Campaign Manager to take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaign delivery – from new product drops to seasonal brand moments.
This role will act as the operational lead for campaign execution, ensuring that every launch is well planned, cross-functionally aligned, and delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll be the key connector between creative, marketing, merchandising, and eCommerce teams – turning strategy and ideas into fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
* Lead the planning and execution of all new product drops, seasonal campaigns, and key trading moments across the marketing calendar.
* Build and maintain detailed campaign plans and timelines, ensuring all teams are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
* Collaborate with merch, creative, and digital teams to ensure product, messaging, and creative assets align with the commercial and brand strategy.
* Own campaign kick-offs, ensuring clarity of objectives, target audiences, channels, and KPIs.
Execution & Delivery
* Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from briefing through creative production, channel activation, and post-launch analysis.
* Oversee coordination of assets and content delivery for all channels (social, email, website, paid media, PR, etc.).
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and optimised for maximum performance.
* Act as the central point of communication for all campaign stakeholders, ensuring visibility and progress tracking.
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance in real-time, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders.
* Work with the performance marketing and data teams to analyse results and produce post-campaign reports highlighting ROI, learnings, and recommendations for future improvements.
* Feed insights into future drops and seasonal planning cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Merchandising to ensure campaign timing, stock levels, and range plans are fully aligned.
* Work with Creative and Brand teams to ensure storytelling aligns with the seasonal vision and customer proposition.
* Collaborate with eCommerce and CRM to ensure full digital readiness for each launch.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (preferably in fashion, retail, or eCommerce).
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
* Confident analysing performance data to inform recommendations.
* A proactive problem solver with a focus on delivering exceptional execution.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, drops-led business environment.
