Position Overview: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic Spanish department, inspiring the next generation. The role entails fostering a love for Spanish and equipping the students with essential skills to develop and thrive. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4. Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Spanish department and across the school to enhance the learning experience. Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Spanish. Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spanish, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level.
