At Advantis Credit, our Collections Agents are the heartbeat of what we do. You’ll be on the frontline – connecting with customers, breaking down stigmas around debt, and guiding them toward solutions that work for everyone. With 150 of our 250-strong team in Contact Centre Collections, this is where we live and breathe customer care.
What You’ll Do
* Handle both inbound and outbound calls, expertly navigating conversations to collect overdue payments
* Build rapport and empathy quickly, tailoring payment plans to individual circumstances
* Use top-tier communication and negotiation skills to reach fair, respectful resolutions
* Aim for "first call resolution" on every interaction, balancing speed with quality
* Escalate complex queries and disputes to the right team when needed

* You hold a grade C/5 at English and Maths GCSE or equivalent and you’ll pass our in-house basic English and Maths assessment.
