️ Senior Commercial Manager – Major Mixed-Use Development North London (Zone 2) Developer-Side Opportunity | Long-Term Regeneration Scheme Highly Competitive Salary & Benefits Package We’re working with a well-established, design-led residential developer to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager for one of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes — a transformative £160m mixed-use development located on a prominent former institutional site in Zone 2, North London. This major project is set to deliver over 400 new homes across a blend of private, affordable, and shared ownership tenures, alongside commercial, leisure, and community spaces, with carefully curated public realm and landscaping. Now entering its main construction phase, the development features both new build and retained façade elements, requiring a commercially astute professional who can thrive in a technically complex, high-profile environment. The Role: As Senior Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial ownership of the scheme, reporting to the Head of Commercial and working closely with the internal delivery and development teams. You will manage procurement, oversee commercial strategy, maintain cost control, and act as a key liaison with contractors, consultants, and wider stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead all commercial activity across a major multi-phase mixed-use development Oversee procurement of key trade and consultant packages Administer JCT Design & Build contracts and manage change control Produce and maintain cost plans, budgets, and monthly financial reports Support project team with value engineering, design input, and cost advice Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial risk throughout Interface with external PQS teams, delivery partners, and senior leadership Mentor and support junior commercial staff as required ✅ Candidate Profile: We're seeking an experienced commercial professional with a strong track record on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes in London. You’ll ideally have worked for a developer or Tier 1 main contractor and be confident managing high-value packages independently.
