About the Role:
One of your main roles will be to focus on growing and developing existing Key Clients/Accounts, in addition to generating new business accounts for electrical product installation services, including tracks, blinds, etc., by utilizing the most competitive and cost-effective suppliers. You will be responsible for continuous analysis of the competitive environment, including competitors and consumer trends, and keeping up to date with developments in the design industry. Promoting new ranges of technical shading solutions where appropriate is also part of the role. An ideal candidate will have good product knowledge of all our products to advise clients on the best technical window treatment options for their needs.
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will need excellent communication skills, as you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries, managing supplier accounts, and liaising with architects on design requirements.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
* Knowledge of electrical installations and experience working alongside AV companies is beneficial.
* IT and technical skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Ability to thoroughly read, understand, and explain building plans.
* Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
This role requires both office and on-the-road working, so a full driver’s license is essential.
