Follow instructions from the Authorised Site Manager for Quality Control tasks. Conduct statutory MOT tests and issue replacement documentation as needed. Address any quality test standard issues promptly. Complete MOTs within designated time slots, meeting company and brand expectations. Maintain repair and service records as required by Team Leader and Manager. Handle MOTs and subsequent repairs with a focus on high standards and first-time fixes.
