SEND Teaching Assistant - Bamber Bridge
Location: Bamber Bridge
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay: £109 per day

We are currently recruiting for a SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Bamber Bridge area. This is a highly rewarding, full-time, term-time-only opportunity supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex learning needs
*
Providing 1:1 and small group support, both in and out of the classroom
*
Assisting with personal care when required
*
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

8:30am - 3:30pm

Term time only

£106 per day
About You:
*
Experience in care work, support work, or a similar setting is highly desirable
*
Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is also valued
*
Confident and comfortable assisting with personal care if required
*
Patient, compassionate, and resilient in approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
