Job Description
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused individual who can act as a key link between compliance teams and field service delivery, maintaining robust records, monitoring compliance, and producing clear management information to support performance measurement and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor compliance documentation, recording compliance levels and identifying gaps.
2. Review supporting documentation to ensure technical accuracy and quality control across all delivery streams.
3. Identify essential remedial actions required to retain compliant status across equipment, activities and the estate.
4. Track and assign remedial activities, ensuring progress is monitored and recorded.
5. Ensure all work order tasks have relevant paperwork uploaded within agreed SLAs.
6. Liaise between compliance analysts/teams and field engineering service delivery teams.
7. Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and communications for each request.
8. Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports, including management information for performance and service improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Familiarity with IT systems (specific training will be provided); experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
11. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently, using initiative and attention to detail.
12. Background in Facilities Management is preferable but not essential.
13. Excellent time-keeping and a proactive, professional approach to work.
