Job Description: Casual Visitor Experience Assistant
Can you make sure each of our visitors leaves with a smile on their face and stories to tell?
As a Casual Visitor Experience Assistant (VEA) at Milestones Museum and Basing House, you will work across a wide range of Front of House disciplines. Whether welcoming visitors, promoting our retail range in the gift shop, or serving in one of our catering outlets, you will be the main point of contact for our visitors throughout their time in our venues.
You will be responsible for upholding the highest front of house standards, consistently providing excellent customer service and ensuring our venues are presented in their best possible light. As a casual worker we will offer you shifts when we need additional staff. We are currently looking for casual workers who can pick up shifts at the weekends and during school holidays.
A Bit About You

You might even know a little about history yourself and be keen to pass your knowledge onto others in an engaging way. Oh… and you will enjoy dressing up!
