Passionate about IT? Talented in Helpdesk Support? The Helpdesk Support Technician plays a vital role in providing IT support to business partners enabling the company to achieve its goals. You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilizing available tools to perform their tasks more efficiently.
IT phone support to stakeholders globally (On rotating basis)
Computer imaging and troubleshooting
Hardware procurement, inventory, disposal support
Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance
IT Helpdesk ticket response and closure
On call – out of regular business hours on a rota basis
Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
Windows 10 /11 experience
Microsoft Office / Office 365
Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
ServiceNow experience is desirable but not essential
