As Head of Department, you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across all Business and Digital curriculum areas.
* Develop and implement effective departmental strategies that enhance quality, improve outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
* Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and high‑performing provision.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, partners, and awarding bodies.
* Lead the growth of apprenticeship and adult learning programmes by identifying new opportunities, strengthening engagement, and enhancing programme quality.
* Analyse performance data, develop meaningful metrics, and report progress to senior leadership to inform decision‑making and future planning.
* Drive innovation in curriculum design, digital learning, and industry‑aligned skills development.
