Be part of a bold new chapter in specialist education. A newly launched special independent school for autistic children aged 5-11 who are growing fast - with a vision to evolve into a multi-site provision supporting over 100 pupils are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join them permanently from September.
They're inviting a dedicated SEN teacher to play a pivotal role in shaping their school's future. From curriculum design to culture building, this is a unique opportunity to influence what outstanding education looks like for neurodivergent learners.

Who They're Looking For
A dynamic and thoughtful SEN teacher ready to make a lasting impact. You'll help build an inclusive, person-centred environment where children's strengths and individuality guide everything we do.
You'll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting autistic pupils, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum (desirable)
- Understanding of non-linear assessment frameworks like SCERTS or Routes for Learning (advantageous)
- A genuine passion for neurodiversity and inclusive education
