Randstad Education is actively recruiting a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team at a vibrant nursery located in the Haywards Heath area of West Sussex.

* Hours: Full:time, 8:00 AM : 6:00 PM
* Schedule: 5 days a week

Your Responsibilities
As an essential member of the nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0:5. Key duties include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and age:appropriate educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Acting as a designated Key Person for a group of children, monitoring their progress, and maintaining accurate developmental records.
* Establishing positive and productive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and welfare are maintained at all times.
* Observing, assessing, and documenting childrens learning and development.
Essential Requirements
* A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or an equivalent qualification such as NNEB, or NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Care, Learning and Development).
* Recent, relevant experience working within a formal early years setting (nursery or pre:school).
* Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Strong verbal communication, written skills, and good organisational abilities.
* A genuine commitment to working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
