Machine Operators > 12 Hour Night Shifts > Haydock Area
We are currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing operation based in the Haydock area. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to join a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading products onto machinery
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
- Carrying out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Following production procedures and work instructions
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or machine operating environment
- Physically fit and comfortable undertaking heavy lifting duties
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
