* Translate client ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions without compromising design intent.
* Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
* Ensure all designs meet structural, safety, and building regulation requirements.
* Collaborate with fabricators to refine details for welding, folding, laser cutting, and finishing.
Project Management
* Own projects from initial brief through to fabrication, installation, and handover.
* Develop project scopes, programmes, budgets, and risk assessments.
* Coordinate with fabricators, installers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Manage procurement of materials and specialist components.
* Oversee quality control at each stage of fabrication and installation.
* Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Resolve site issues with calm, solution‑focused leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Lead client meetings, design reviews, and site visits.
* Provide expert guidance on materials, finishes, engineering constraints, and design options.
* Build strong, trust‑based relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
* Represent Urban Skies with professionalism and a premium, design‑led approach.
Operational & Commercial
* Prepare variations, design proposals, and project documentation.
* Track project costs and ensure profitability.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and workflows.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across design, fabrication, and installation practices.
