An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wigan CAMHS admin Team for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist.

The post holder will provide an excellent reception service to our client group, carers, and professionals, and an effective and efficient administration service to the multidisciplinary team. Main duties will include being the first point of contact for all telephone and reception inquiries, ensuring messages are forwarded appropriately, and welcoming visitors to the department.

The post holder will provide an effective administrative service and support to the team to enable the smooth running of the service.

The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enroll for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
