Join to apply for the Specialist Clinical Pharmacist - Rotational role at NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group. The rotational role involves working across multiple specialties to expand clinical skills in a large teaching hospital environment. Rotations include Respiratory, Ophthalmology, Clinical trials, Medication Safety, Haematology, Medicines Information, Acute and Emergency Medicine and Cardiology, supported by a team of Advanced Clinical Pharmacists.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Rotate through the listed specialties with support from Advanced Clinical Pharmacists.
* Utilise the electronic prescribing system and in-house systems to deliver high-quality clinical care.
Qualifications and requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent experiential learning.
* Self-motivated, well-organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
