The work You’ll handle a broad and interesting Private Client caseload, much of it rooted in rural, agricultural, and commercial matters. Matters will include: • Will drafting and estate planning • Probate and full estate administration • Trusts and tax planning • Lasting Powers of Attorney • Advising farmers, landowners, and commercial clients • Managing high value, long standing client portfolios There is no pressure to generate work, the firm benefits from a strong local presence, repeat instructions, and an extensive existing will bank.
