We work closely with a fantastic special school in the Devizes area that is looking for new TAs to join from September. The school is based in a great location with brand new facilities and a high staff retention rate.

The school supports a wide range of special needs and disabilities, often complex, so experience in this area is essential.

The role

The specific class support will depend on your experience and where you fit best, as there are some current gaps.

The role involves providing general classroom support and 1-1 support as needed. The teachers value proactive TAs who can offer consistent support and initiative, which is especially important in a special school setting.
