Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Purpose:
As the Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth communication flow and providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Greet visitors and manage incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
General Enquiries: Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Booking Processing: Handle bookings and sales orders from initial quote through to certification.
Training Logistics: Administer logistics and documentation for training courses, ensuring all materials are prepared and organised.
Demand Monitoring: Monitor course uptake and levels of demand, updating the training programme as necessary.
Customer Communication: Make calls to customers when required to ensure their needs are met.
Support: Provide assistance to the finance and sales departments as needed.
Other Duties: Undertake any additional tasks as required to support the team.
Experience Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Familiarity with databases and experience with Sage software would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Personal Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident telephone manner to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
Essential Skills:
Strong accuracy, numeracy, and literacy skills are crucial.
Must be computer literate to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
