Role & Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategy, goals, and future demands.
* Maintain existing client portfolio and ensure revenue growth in volume and profitability.
* Build strong relationships with key decision makers to maximize commercial relationships.
Target Outcomes of the Role and the CRM Team
Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with clients.
* Respond to clients’ needs in a solution-oriented manner.
* Ensure client satisfaction with product offering and delivery.
* Collaborate internally to address service improvements.
Commercial Strategy
* Influence decision makers to ensure revenue stability.
* Identify and deliver product solutions opportunities.
* Ensure Apex remains the client’s preferred partner.
* Successfully roll out relevant campaigns to meet group objectives.
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) (VP/SVP)
* Manage a portfolio of clients as a local/regional CRM or as part of a global team.
* Represent Apex to clients across all products and segments.
* Identify client needs and propose solutions.
* Partner with product, operations, and sales teams to deliver value.
* Serve as the primary relationship contact, adding value to the client relationship.
* Engage with senior management to ensure account growth.
* Handle major issues impacting the relationship.
* Plan and execute client engagement strategies.
* Provide feedback on client challenges to support product development.
