What’s the role?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead a successful and well-established estate agency business based in Hampshire. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who enjoys running a branch as if it were their own — driving performance, developing people and delivering exceptional results.
You’ll take full responsibility for branch operations, including valuations, winning instructions, team management, sales performance and client relationships. Working closely with the owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, growing market share and building a high-performing, motivated team.
