As an assistant store manager, you will be tasked with driving sales and service through your team in Weston-super-Mare. Their service standards are likened to some of the biggest luxury retailers which is what cements them as an industry leader.
Ideally, you will be someone who has an extensive retail management background with a strong emphasis on leading by example and delivering excellent customer service. The working environment is fast-paced so this role will suit someone who enjoys that environment.
The role is paying up to £32,0000 including a bonus. There is a benefits package included. Furthermore, you’re only required to work two weekends per month. As mentioned, the retailer is a people-centric company so there are plenty of opportunities to develop and grow
