Join an established and market-leading property management company as an Amenities Concierge for a luxury residential development in Central/East London. This individual will take responsibility for delivering first-class customer service to residents and guests alike throughout the shift. Amenities Spaces include: Residents Bar, Lounge and Terrace, Screening Room, Meeting Room, Private Dining Rooms, BBQ Areas If you have experience in any area of Customer Service/Events Management/Hospitality/Retail we would love to hear from you Role: Amenities Concierge / Host Hours: 40hrs week 5 days on 2 days off (8 hour shifts between 8:30am and 11:00pm) Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £26,000 per annum Benefits Role Duties: Serving residents, guests and visitors using the amenities space at this luxury development Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards Managing bookings of the amenities spaces Maintaining high standards of health, safety and hygiene Facilitating and hosting resident events Ensuring information is recorded using relevant IT systems Receiving deliveries for the stocking of amenities space Assisting residents with using the amenities spaces Be flexible to assist other departments at this luxury development Please reach out to Residential Living Recruitment to register your interest and find out more
