Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking firm?
We are a well-established and growing law firm based in Blackburn, Lancashire, currently seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our small property department.
The Role:
As a key member of our residential conveyancing team, you will manage your own caseload of files from instruction through to completion, covering all aspects of the conveyancing process including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Re-mortgages
Shared ownership
New build transactions
You will be supported by an experienced team and will have access to modern case management systems to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential property matters
Maintain high levels of client care and communication
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Supervise and support junior staff where appropriate
About You:
You are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own conveyancing caseload.
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with a proactive and client-focused approach.
Competent in using case management systems and digital workflows.
