What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and strengths of children with disabilities and their families.

* Provide expert advice and support to individuals regarding matters of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
* Attend and contribute to court proceedings as needed.

* Facilitate and support transitions into adult services where necessary.
