The Role
As a Multiskilled Technician at Steer Wolverhampton Express, you’ll carry out a range of repair tasks across paint, panel, and MET disciplines. You’ll play a vital role in returning vehicles to pre-accident condition quickly and safely, ensuring all work meets the highest industry and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of repairs including paint preparation, spraying, panel work, and MET
Complete fast-track repairs while maintaining quality and efficiency
Accurately assess damage and determine the best repair method
Work collaboratively to maintain smooth workshop operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a tidy work environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience across paint, panel, and MET (multiskilled)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience working in a fast-paced or express repair environment is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ATA/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred – ongoing training and re-accreditation support provided
