Salary: £22,900 basic + bonus
Customer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
2. Assisting customers throughout their journey.
3. Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
4. Recording and updating customer details in the system.
5. Performing administrative duties.
Customer Service Administrator - Candidate Requirements:
1. Professional and friendly telephone manner.
2. Previous customer service experience.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Punctual, conscientious, and reliable.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is commutable from Castle Donington, Long Eaton, Shepshed, Kegworth, Ashby De La Zouch, and Derby.
