Job Description The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process for new business opportunities, ensuring that all proposals are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle from funding opportunity identification to submission and post-bid review. Coordinate input from cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal, operations) to produce high-quality, compelling proposals. Ensure all bids comply with client requirements, internal policies, and deadlines. Maintain a bid library and templates to streamline future submissions. Lead bid review meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. Track bid performance and provide regular reports on bid success rates and pipeline status. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather insights for future bids. Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and best practices.
