The Role
As a Licenced Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our fleet and ensuring our aircraft operate safely and efficiently. You’ll engage with all aspects of the airline’s operation, working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll need to meet deadlines, overcome operational challenges, and embrace change to drive improvements across the business. You’ll demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and proficiency in IT, while communicating effectively with management and maintaining a strong customer focus.
What We’re Looking For
> UK CAA B1 licence and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft
> Up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation
> Minimum of 3 years’ operational experience in a line maintenance environment
> Proven ability to communicate issues to management
> High degree of customer focus – both internal and external
> Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, across all levels of the organisation
> Willingness to be flexible, embrace change, and drive improvements
> Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
> Proficiency in IT
> Commitment to personal development and openness to feedback

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Edinburgh and will be permanent nights, on a 4 on 4 off pattern.
